QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of a high school diploma;
- Prior experience in professional services is an asset with specific records management experience being preferred;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with other staff, professionals, and clients;
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills;
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite;
- Capacity to work independently, as well as in a team environment;
- An ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, and lift up to 50 lbs is required;
- Records Information Management (RIM) Certification is an asset.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the maintenance and integrity of the firm’s legal files and records;
- Enter information into the records management system;
- Daily management of firm information as required;
- Receive and classify all incoming records;
- Respond to inquiries from professionals and staff in a timely and effective manner;
- Maintain and support the filing, file storage, protection and retention of hard copy and electronic records in accordance with the firm’s standards;
- Other duties as required.
