QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & Outlook)
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record being a project leader to build, execute and maintaining projects to support business needs and goals
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment and selection.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve recruitment goals.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, including experience recruiting for corporate office, distribution center, and retail store positions.
  • Bachelors in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

This position may require occasional travel.

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent for corporate office, distribution center, and retail store positions.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for the organization.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting partners to ensure a positive recruitment experience for all stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles to proactively address staffing needs and reduce time-to-fill vacancies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality, to management and stakeholders.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition and workforce planning as needed.
  • Build and maintain recruitment strategies and relationships with local universities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our MSEP partners to better support the stores in recruitment efforts
  • Be an advisor on recruitment practices for Regional Directors of Operation and Regional HR Managers to support store recruitment efforts.
  • All other duties and projects as assigned
