For our Talent Acquisition team, we are looking for a Recruiter who can join an exciting working environment in a dynamic and international atmosphere.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Humanities (Communication Science, Psychology, Educational Sciences, or similar)
  • Previous experience (internship) as a Recruiter/HR generalist in agencies or head-hunting organizations

  • Strong interest and curiosity regarding the pharmaceutical world and its professional roles
  • Sound knowledge of legislation in the recruiting process
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Knowledge of ATS systems (Workday, Taleo etc) will be considered a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • Good problem-solving, judgment and decision-making skills
  • Good understanding and awareness of the commercial environment and market trends
  • Good customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and plan routine activities
  • Fluent English knowledge

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Talent Acquisition Team to source, select and hire qualified candidates to fill vacant positions
  • Cover all the Italian territory in recruiting profiles operating in the Life Science field
  • Review applications and conduct interviews to obtain information regarding applicant’s work history,

education, training, job skills, and salary requirements

  • Create and coordinate job advertising in various media
  • Keep updated on market trends and demands impacting the company’s ability to attract competitive

candidates.
