QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

  • A Bachelors Degree plus 8 years of experience supporting government contractors in a talent acquisition capacity or a Masters Degree with 6+ years of the same experience, or Associates Degree with 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Additional work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Understanding Strong relationship management skills for internal customers and candidates (business / hiring managers / HR / Staffing stakeholders) and external (candidates, vendors etc.)
  • Proven track record of sourcing/ screening/ selecting and hiring top talent
  • Expert in interviewing and selection skills and techniques
  • Strong team-working skills, partners and collaborates effectively with all stakeholders though the Recruitment process.
  • Operational excellence in recruiting processes and systems.
  • Subject matter expertise in one or more of the businesses in which Peraton competes for talent.
  • Solid understanding and use of ATS/CRM
  • Seasoned professional with competence, creativity in a wide range across the TA function
  • Solution oriented mindset - ability to access concerns and solution around the issues Target Salary Range

$80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.

Responsibilities:

Peraton has an immediate need for a Talent Acquisition Advisor. The person that fills this role will attract and hire top talent capable of differentiating Peraton from our competitors.

The Talent Acquisition Advisor will be results and performance driven, and will be expected to perform the following:

  • Own and lead the candidate experience; perform full lifecycle recruiting (opening requisitions, sourcing, offer) to identify top talent for critical requirements
  • Partner with key business partners to drive results, act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders
  • Deliver an exemplary experience to candidates and Peraton’s internal customers
  • Provide guidance and expertise on attracting top talent that supports the hiring teams’ strategic objectives.
  • Manage the recruiting process from initial planning and research, including market intelligence and insights, to developing search strategies and determining timelines based on search complexity, to candidate identification, assessment, development, and presentation.
  • Develop, recommend, and execute recruitment strategies that incorporates internal and external sourcing candidate pools.
  • Explore the market best practices in talent acquisition and bring best practices and solutions to the organization.
