As a Consultant (Executive level), you work with our client companies to provide consulting services to support and improve their work operations.

The role of the Consultant is demanding and diverse, and includes;

  • Responsible to develop effective strategies and work plans to meet to the business needs of the clients
  • Provide consulting services, expertise and support to corporate clients
  • Handle service projects with client companies and ensure delivery of services in accordance to the requirements by the clients.
  • Develop effective and strong rapport with the clients
  • Build and maintain excellent rapport and strong business relationships with clients, for continued business with each client;
  • Handle and manage the entire project process without compromising service levels;
  • Provide other areas of support in the achievement of the business objectives and goals of the Company and the clients

Job Requirements

  • Experience in service delivery and evidence of success will be an added advantage. Fresh school leavers will be considered as on-the-job training is provided.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications;
  • A good team player and confident individual who enjoy responsibilities and are able to handle multiple priorities and / or business projects independently for clients and to work to deadlines;
  • Able to interact with all levels of people and possess strong interpersonal skills;
  • High level of communication skills, strong writing and negotiating skills;
  • Highly self-driven, result-oriented and outgoing personality

Job Description:
Recruitment Consultants work with client companies to gain comprehensive understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements. You will be trained to be a specialist consultant, reaching out to the right candidates, by developing effective search strategies, as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals. You will screen candidates, interview them, do background checks, and finally creating a good fit of candidates for the clients.
The Recruitment Consultant’s role is the vital link between candidates and clients; they also provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, recruitment market and career progression and opportunities.

The role of the Recruitment Consultant is demanding and diverse and includes;

  • Responsible for the full cycle of the recruitment and search activities including headhunting of talents to fulfill the
  • staffing needs of clients as well as meeting to the required performance standards, and monthly individual targets;
  • Develop and implement effective strategies and avenues to achieve staffing requirements of clients;
  • Develop effective and strong rapport with candidates;
  • Build and maintain excellent rapport and strong business relationships with clients, for continued recruitment business with each client;
  • Handle and manage the entire recruitment process without compromising service levels;
  • Provide other areas of support in the achievement of the business objectives and goals of the Company

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree (or equivalent) in any discipline, qualification in subjects such as psychology, business studies or management can be advantageous;
  • Experience in sales and evidence of success will be an added advantage. In-depth training provided;
  • Good connectivity with big customers in Chemical or Logistics industry
  • Proficient in MS Office applications;
  • A good team player and confident individual who enjoy responsibilities and are able to handle multiple priorities and/ or recruitment projects independently for clients and to work to deadlines;
  • Able to interact with all levels of people and possess strong interpersonal skills;
  • High level of communication skills, strong writing and negotiating skills;
