Tech Soft 3D, a global leader in 3D Industrial Applications, is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Director to spearhead sales efforts across the EMEA region. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and managing all sales activities within the region. We’re looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and creative leader with a proven track record of hitting sales targets. Additionally, you’ll lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering strong relationships and ensuring excellence across the board.
This position is open to remote workers based in Europe.

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ Years of Experience in managing sales
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing and meeting sales goals
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Superb leadership ability

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company’s global reach
  • Meet sales goals and objectives through aggressive sales activities and by identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Monitor performance to ensure achievement of individual and team targets; conduct periodic verification of work to ensure adherence to organizational quality standards
  • Manage the implementation of processes
  • Manage and implement employee Human Resource Programs and initiatives; ensure implementation of employee performance plan, on boarding program, employee development and coaching initiatives, etc
  • Lead or participate in setting organizational vision, global projects and initiatives; proactively identify strategies to promote efficiency
  • Ensure staff are adequately prepared to sell products
  • Drive communication in the organization; ensure new information is coordinated with partners & staff; collaborate with peers and leaders to communicate operational details and provide information on support effectiveness
  • Develop relationships to drive alignment to achieve the results needed to achieve customer and prospective customers satisfaction and business objectives
  • Clear understanding of how existing customers are using the products
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of Company’s current and future products and solutions
  • Provide weekly updates, accurate territory sales forecast, monthly status reports, and quarterly sales projection reports
  • Obtain and report current market information in the region (trends, competition, pricing, etc.)
  • Coordinate and participate in exhibitions, conferences, tradeshows, user group meetings, and industry and product webinars with a customer-specific value focus to introduce new products to customers and distributors
  • Develop and manage sales funnel by monitoring funnel growth, accuracy, and conversion in CRM
  • Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue
  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
  • Recruit and retain engaged sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance
  • Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
  • Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals
  • Analyse market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness
  • Evaluate partners and Reps performance and recommend improvements
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop positive working relationship with partners to build business
  • Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities
  • Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners
