POSITION OVERVIEW

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the market, and the ability to execute effective sales strategies.

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in MSP, SaaS or technology.
  • Strong understanding of the MSP market and sales dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive the sales pipeline.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on messaging and product offerings.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote MSPbots.ai.
