Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Sales Support and Effectiveness Manager, you will be key to ensuring that the Sales Team are “best in class” with on-boarding, training, reporting, systems & processes. You will have a strong focus on achieving service excellence and improving customer satisfaction as well as supporting the wider sales team.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Support Sales Managers and improve use of data to increase sales efficiency
- Drive customer analytics, market analysis and the presentation of comprehensive sales data
- Liaison between sales, marketing and customer service and administering CRM
- Monitoring business metrics, and provide administration support across proposals, quotes and costings
- Administration of operational expenses and customer campaigns
- Development and maintenance of dashboards, incentives and SalesForce
- Identifying and providing regular market and competitor feedback across the region
- Onboarding processes and regular training to external sales staff

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:
- Previous leadership experience in administration or coordination
- Strong computer skills particularly Excel, Microsoft Power BI & Power Automate, SharePoint an advantage
- Demonstrated experience using and managing a CRM, ideally with Salesforce or any SAP experience is advantageous
- High level of commercial and business acumen and strong data gathering & analytical skills
- Understanding of competitor products, the rural market and distributor network
- Experience managing strategic relationships with key customers, industry stakeholders and all levels of key internal personnelBackground in agriculture or farming is desirable but not essential
