Currently we are running maintenance operations agreements globally and continuously deliver services for maintenance establishment phase as well as maintenance development projects. There is positive outlook for the maintenance development and operations development services in the market.
Reliability Engineer role is to improve customers reliability forward.

In this position you are responsible for:

• Develop and optimize preventive maintenance strategies at customer projects
• Participate in preventive maintenance plan development and maintenance master data projects. Design and make preventive maintenance routes on customer site.
• Manage and facilitate problem solving
• Facilitate and train Root Cause Analysis
• Develop off-line condition monitoring
• Implement and develop maintenance by using RCM or other methodologies.
• Introduce innovative maintenance practices
• Create training programs
• Develop and participate daily maintenance work planning
• Network with industry peers
• Develop and participate in shutdown planning
• Collect and analyze KPI and CMMS data
• Participate maintenance operations audits and prepare reports and recommendations

We wish you to have master’s or bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
You are experienced mill maintenance professional and have at least 5 years of experience in mill maintenance operations at the mill as part of daily operations as well as reliability improvement of production line.
You have strong problem solving skills and proficiency in computerized maintenance management system preferably from SAP. You also enjoy working with people and you’re not afraid of telling your insight. This global role requires your willingness and ability to travel 80-100 days per year on an international basis.
