Founded in 2013, OSR Manage is a sales organization that works specifically in the Managed Services IT industry. Our role is to work with IT companies, owners, and leadership teams around the country to recruit, train, and manage IT salespeople and sales teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-year college degree or higher
  • IT sales management experience preferred
  • Experience managing long sales cycles
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to coach through rejection

Responsibilities:

  • Support sales team with administrative tasks to enhance account and opportunity management
  • Implement and manage CRM processes and sales automation tools
  • Analyze sales data for forecasting, planning, and process improvements
  • Design reports and dashboards
  • Drive process efficiency and support key operational initiatives
