Description:
The Talent Acquisition department hires qualified candidates to fill positions which contribute to the overall strategic success of Howard University. Hiring staff “for fit” makes significant contributions to Howard University’s overall mission.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years experience in social studies research.
Responsibilities:
SUPERVISORY ACCOUNTABILITY:
Responsible for ensuring the aims described above are completed. No supervisory capacity over other individuals.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Contact Howard graduates and current students to send out questionnaires.
- Organize and conduct focus group sessions (face to face and virtual).
- Assist the Principle Investigator (PI) with administrative duties as needed including in the preparation of informed consent documents.
- Work with the PI to develop a manual of operations for the project.
- Recruit and obtain informed consent from study participants Work with the statistician to facilitate the transfer of data collected for analysis.
