• Experience with ERP/SAP systems and Microsoft Office.

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for assisting Project Managers and deployments team with the planning and execution of major/minor projects and deployments.
Involvement in allocating and scheduling people and resources to projects/tasks and making time critical decisions regarding schedule, scope whilst monitoring and enforcing complaince to Corporate Management processes.
Support the effective allocation of resources between the support and projects team to meet project timelines and deliverables.
This is a matrixed role with reporting lines to the Regional Support Manager for functional support allocation.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsibility to plan and prioritise project resources and coordinate, monitor and manage resources to ensure project timelines are met.
• Administer and maintain the Contractor Management System (CMS), Intellics and compliance register function for all field support and site project and deployment personnel.
• Relationship management and the adaptability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance to all legislative, Modular and customer site policies and procedures by employees and contractors.
• Escalates issues to the Project Manager or Modular management which may impede or affect the successful execution of the project as soon as practicable.
