Highsnobiety is looking for a Resource Management Working Student to support our Team in Berlin.
Working as a Resource Management Working Student provides an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role at the heart of the Highsnobiety’s Agency operations.
As a Resource Management Working Student, you serve as the link between Creative, Strategy, Client Service, and other departments. This position offers a front-row seat to the inner workings of HS+, allowing you to witness and contribute to the organization’s day-to-day operations.
It’s a role that not only allows you to understand the inner workings of the agency but also empowers you to actively shape its success. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Project Managers, department heads, and team leads to understand project requirements and resource needs.
  • Assist in the allocation of resources across various projects, ensuring a balanced workload and timely delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and resource utilization, flagging any potential issues or conflicts to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain a comprehensive overview of all ongoing projects and resource availability, updating relevant systems or spreadsheets as necessary.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Assist in identifying when additional resources or expertise are needed and coordinate the hiring process for freelance or temporary staff.
  • Attend resource planning meetings and provide input on resource allocation strategies and priorities.
  • Support the onboarding process for new team members, freelancers, or contractors, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information to succeed.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of resource management tools, processes, and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure accurate tracking of resource-related expenses and budget utilization.
