Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Compliance Officer, you’ll play a crucial role in the continuous improvement and maintenance of systems and processes that meet legal, customer, and accreditation standards. You’ll be responsible for driving initiatives and enacting operational strategies to manage risk across our Buderim and Caloundra RRC sites, focusing on Environmental and Quality Assurance matters.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with the Workplace Health and Safety team to manage WH&S risks.
- Provide expert advice on quality assurance, operational risk management, and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with support functions to ensure efficient and effective systems are maintained.
- Analyze existing business processes to support the implementation of internal and external audit recommendations.
- Conduct independent and transparent Workplace Health and Safety, Environmental, and Quality audits and compliance assessments.
