Must possess strong personal organization, genuine hospitality, and care for staff. Must have a true passion for the restaurant industry.
Job Overview: * Completing management administrative duties including operations reports, financial documentation, guest correspondence, human resources / staff management paperwork, operations evaluations, standard operating procedures, safety and sanitations checklists, ordering and inventory documentation, and PR/marketing tasks Skills/Knowledge Required
*Up to date with the latest social media trends *Responsible for creating and maintaining a positive working culture for all team members. *Maintain the quality and consistency of the guest experience. *Actively interact with guests and staff during operations *Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Customer service oriented and proactive. Ability to maintain positive and professional demeanor at all times. *Is FRIENDLY, engaging, gracious has the ability to focus and connect with guests at all levels and employees and exceed their expectations. *Proactive attitude with strong organizational and time management skills *Participate in teamwork and assist other employees when needed. *Maintain a fun and energetic attitude at all times. *Build loyal customer base REPEAT BUSINESS *Overseas operations in compliance with legal and regulatory agency requirements *Able to work shift duties that may include evenings, nights, weekends and holidays. *Strong problem-solving skills. *Food service and Bassett certificates must be current at time of hire. *Can work with prolonged standing and mobility 8-12 hours *Experience: Over 3 years of hospitality/restaurant management experience *Pay: Based on experience/ negotiable
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation depends on your experience.
