Description:
We are currently searching for a Retail Operations Coordinator to join the team at our beautiful head office in Alexandria. This role is temporary, full time for 12 months.

Responsibilities:
- Support the National Retail Operations Manager, National Retail Manager and CEO with administrative requests.
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly sales reporting; KPIs, customer traffic & acquisition, refunds, supersales, and staff purchase reports as required.
- Audit manual discounting weekly and raise any red flags with the National Retail Operations Manager
- Oversee and assist with planning, execution, and reporting of quarterly stocktakes
- Support retail store discrepancies by investigating stock variances and reporting system glitches related to stock movement.
- Identify gaps and opportunities for processes, system, and operation improvements
- Update process guides and manuals when new policies are established or revised
- Manage delivery of guides, tasks, directives, comms, audits to stores and support with accountability and compliance of completion
- Train retail staff on correct operational processes and models, as well as the use of POS and other systems/Apps (such as StarshipIT, WINC, Weel, TickedOff, Deputy, Talent LMS, etc.)
- Support the retail teams with any operational issues or queries
- Ad hoc retail team training and education on process and compliance where required
- Assist with store maintenance and repair scheduling as required
- Administrative support for retail staff onboarding requirements, assignment to training programs, uploading staff credits etc.
- Administrative support for Learning Management Software for retail store teams
- Collate and/or send out the weekly Assembly News newsletter when required
- Update the Teams App where required and assist in responding to queries from store teams
- IT projects such as POS or internet upgradesMeeting & retail conference coordination including travel & accommodation bookings
