Job description:

• To provide customers with efficient and friendly checkout services and ensure that they are leaving the store satisfied with their shopping experience.
• Work well in a team to ensure that retail operation runs smoothly.
• Hardworking, to achieve monthly sales target
• Answer store phone calls/ inquiries, email inquiries, ensure customer calls and emails are handled in a friendly, professional and enthusiastic way
• Maintain a clean and safe checkout area
• Establish customer loyalty through delivery of good customer service standards
• Assist in receiving, arranging and replenishing of stocks and displays

• Assist in housekeepingHandle simple administrative duties.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/ “O” Level, Higher Secondary/ Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, any field
• Effective interpersonal skills & ability to build rapport with customers.
• Experience in Retail Bicycle shop preferred
• Basic knowledge of the Bicycle industry preferred
• Entry-level applicants are welcomed to apply too
• Good communications skills
• Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
• Keen and willing to learn
• Participate in weekly bike rides to build rapport with customers

• Able to work for long hours especially weekendsHandle simple administrative duties
