Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

As a member of the Revenue Operations team, you’ll play a crucial role in providing actionable insights, communication, and solutions to customer facing teams. You will collaborate with Customer Success and Sales, focusing on data and analytics and supporting of new capabilities such as CPQ, and Data Warehouse. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and update databases and reports/queries in analytics software such as Tableau and NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse) and ensure any reporting is vetted and approved before releasing to other departments.
  • Become subject matter expert in reporting tools and usage and user data including nuances of source data and interpretation. Develop education/communication materials and training sessions to ensure end users are properly and effectively utilizing tools and the data contained within.
  • Support pipeline management, lead management and forecasting to ensure that sales and customer success teams maintain discipline in keeping opportunity data complete and updated.
  • Develop and manage dashboards and reports that support the needs of sales, customer success, and other teams as needed. Become a go to resource for Salesforce recurring and ad hoc needs.
  • Analyze and make recommendations for maximizing revenue from existing customers, including cross selling and renewal support. Provide insights for growing companies, at risk clients, and downsell/termination analysis.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to define and communicate important business definitions to Sales and Customer Success teams
  • Change management: Support CPQ, NetSuite Analytics Warehouse, and Data lake implementations. Assist team with evaluating definitions, processes, and rules. Support rollout and education of the solutions to end users.
  • Data Driven Insights: Proactively provide insights on customer sales performance, product usage, retention, churn and business processes.
