DETAILS
- Rate: $4,913 full travel rate (non-benefited)
- Department: Ascension Travel Program & Interim Leadership

Will serve as an Interim Travel Nursing leader with the potential to serve various Ascension hospitals. This is a short-term assigment, 3-6 months, with the possibility to extend.

REQUIREMENTS
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
Responsibilities:
Manage activities, workflow and resources of assigned nursing travelers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements for their assigned team.
- Identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of patient care services for the assigned team. Develop and implement policies and procedures to guarantee efficient and effective delivery of health services.
- Monitor and adhere to budget. Approve and monitor expenditures, purchases and other actions to ensure compliance with budget guidelines.
- Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluating of staff
