Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager
Location: Solna, Stockholm
Work Mode: Hybrid

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Successful track record in managing project budgets, time, scope, and resource efficiency.
• Expertise in risk, issue, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate Methodology and Agile principles, including the use of DevOps.
• Experience managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working with cross-European project teams and large organizations, including interfacing between technical and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Swedish is mandatory.
• Prior S/4 HANA experience is mandatory.
  Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree

• Responsible for the “Document and Data-Driven Stream” in the SAP S/4 Hana transformation project.
• Plan and oversee the stream to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
• Plan, assign resources, and prepare the budget for the project.
• Monitor progress, align inter-team efforts, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the program.
• Coordinate between IT and business units, managing various project resources.
• Primarily online collaboration with occasional travel.
