To strengthen our Customer Service Administration, we are looking for a Customer Repair Processing (m/f/d) at the Baden-Baden site at the earliest possible date.
Location: Baden-Baden
Type of employment: Full-time
Start: immediately

• You create cost estimates, order confirmations, delivery bills and invoices in consultation with Sales and the specialist department
• You clarify appointments with suppliers in consultation with the repair department
• You are responsible for creating service notifications in the IPEservice and IPEtec areas
• You maintain and monitor repair frame orders
• You take care of the logistical processing with the creation of customs documents and freight documents
