Description:

Roles & Responsibilities as the Sales Account Manager:

  • Take responsibility and manage multiple key accounts allocated to the Senior Sales Account Manager ensuring that they meet sales order processing targets / dates.
  • Manage the portfolio of accounts and products within the key accounts to focus and develop both New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) opportunities
  • Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process.
  • Work with the Senior Sales Account Manager to feedback ideas regarding product development / innovations.
  • Nurture, develop and build the trust with our existing clients.
  • Drive organic and new business through existing clients, increasing revenue streams.
  • Continual review of all accounts, evaluating how to best manage relationships.
  • Develop formulas to enhance sales.
  • Efficient forecasting to the internal teams and keeping the CRM database up to date.
  • Develop specification with the clients and communicate this effectively with the wider team.
  • Work with clients on their specific labels and branding.
  • Manage any orders, packaging, technical queries from existing customers.
  • Attending conferences to understand industry trends
  • Where needed visit customers.
  • Raising quotations based on customer requirements.
  • Negotiating with customers on prices to secure further orders.
  • Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Contacting existing and new customers to explain the advantages of buying their company’s products or services
  • Communicating with customers before and after a sale
  • Delivering presentations for persuading customers to buy new products or services
  • Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the company’s products or services to advise and make suitable recommendations to customers

Compensation includes, basic salary and commision scheme
