Description:
Roles & Responsibilities as the Sales Account Manager:
- Take responsibility and manage multiple key accounts allocated to the Senior Sales Account Manager ensuring that they meet sales order processing targets / dates.
- Manage the portfolio of accounts and products within the key accounts to focus and develop both New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) opportunities
- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process.
- Work with the Senior Sales Account Manager to feedback ideas regarding product development / innovations.
- Nurture, develop and build the trust with our existing clients.
- Drive organic and new business through existing clients, increasing revenue streams.
- Continual review of all accounts, evaluating how to best manage relationships.
- Develop formulas to enhance sales.
- Efficient forecasting to the internal teams and keeping the CRM database up to date.
- Develop specification with the clients and communicate this effectively with the wider team.
- Work with clients on their specific labels and branding.
- Manage any orders, packaging, technical queries from existing customers.
- Attending conferences to understand industry trends
- Where needed visit customers.
- Raising quotations based on customer requirements.
- Negotiating with customers on prices to secure further orders.
- Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Contacting existing and new customers to explain the advantages of buying their company’s products or services
- Communicating with customers before and after a sale
- Delivering presentations for persuading customers to buy new products or services
- Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the company’s products or services to advise and make suitable recommendations to customers
Compensation includes, basic salary and commision scheme
