YOUR DAY AT NTT DATA
We are looking for an admin and customer service superstar who loves dealing with customers, knows how to build great relationships, and is keen to learn a number of different skills to support the sales team. The right person will see this as an amazing opportunity to build or launch their IT career over the next 5 years.
This role will involve building relationships with customers and vendors, quoting and ordering on new software and renewals, invoices and enquiries. You will need to learn how to use a number of different tools and systems and experience using Outlook and Excel is a must.
KNOWLEDGE AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Detail oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to take ownership work in a high paced environment.
- Relevant analytical skills.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Must be service oriented and have a positive attitude to work.
- Senior level knowledge and understanding of sales processes, tools and methodologies would be advantageous.
- Able to work in a team and independently, applying a proactive approach to work processes.
- Displays an ability to use judgement to make decisions about work process and apply improvements.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS:
- High / Secondary School diploma or equivalent qualification.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook, Teams and Excel
- Relevant demonstrated experience with quoting tools would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Tools such as; POET, Azure Portal, M365 Admin portal, eAgreements, CSP Portal – Not required but would be advantageous

Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establishing relationships with vendors and distributors for queries, quotes, orders and negotiating pricing
- Supporting our key customers by answering queries via email and phone or in person, quoting, ordering and invoice queries
- Attend vendor functions, trainings and meetings when required
- Provide support to the sales team by managing salesforce opportunities, opening and closing quote and order cases, providing reports and information as requested
- Becoming proficient in Microsoft tools and portals such as POET, Azure Portal, M365 Admin portal, eAgreements, CSP Portal. Any experience in this is advantageous
- Being proactive in providing quotes to customers for renewals, and following up until an outcome is achieved
