Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Essity Consumer Goods is looking for an experienced Sales Analyst / Coordinator. The Sales Analyst will p rovide timely and effective administrative support to a sales team for our Canadian retail business.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Detailed work in areas such as customer account data maintenance and deductions / trade management to support the sales team’s activities.
  • Completion of account / customer specific forms or online programs, new product listings, costing sheets, markdown support, promotion submissions, promotional allowance forms, and promotion calendars.
  • Maintenance and tracking of customer retail pricing and eCommerce website information.
  • Accurate and timely follow-up on customer requests which could consist of; addressing purchase order issues, ensuring listings are inputted in customers systems, requesting item numbers to update listing base, requesting account backup, and follow-up on debits perceived as potentially invalid.
  • Help plan / book team meetings, offsites, and travel arrangements.
  • Balance competing priorities between account managers, leadership, and retailers usually with short timelines.
  • Be an active voice on topics such as creating a great culture and improving our business processes.
