Our Relationship Specialists are responsible for supporting the conversion of business opportunities that drive Regis’ growth across Residential, Home Care and Retirement Villages, with a focus on increased occupancy, RADs and packages and to act as an SM for sales and admissions activities as well.
The Relationship Specialist will also work closely with key stakeholders across the operations and marketing teams to implement strategies that maximise business growth. Strong relationships and collaboration with all key stakeholders will contribute to successful outcomes, both within and outside the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with external stakeholders to optimise national outcomes
  • Participating in the competitor and room pricing / package pricing analysis
  • Participating in the implementation of strategies to achieve optimal commercial outcomes
  • Supporting the delivery of meaningful and insightful reports for the region
  • Delivering excellent customer service; Contributing to team culture and positive working relationships
  • Directing the development and implementation of sales strategies and setting sales targets in order to maximise an organisation’s sales and customer loyalty
  • Directing the development and implementation of strategies to promote an organisation’s goods and services to as many people as possible
  • Directing the development and implementation of strategies to generate increased consumption of an organisation’s goods and services through the creation and reinforcement of ‘brand image’ or ‘brand loyalty’
  • Directing the development and implementation of strategies to build and maintain an organisation’s image and reputation with its customers, investors and the wider public
