The Harvey Norman Booval Carpet, Rugs and Flooring Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Sales Associate / Operations Clerk to join them in delivering a great customer experience, Always! to their customers.
As a Sales Associate / Operations Clerk, you will be an important part of the team facilitating Showroom admin and always working to find the best outcome for our customers.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Independently manage day-to-day customer service, sales, quotes, processing of orders, merchandising and cashiering.
• Confidently speak to customers on the phone and in person.
• Coordinate contractors and customers’ orders from suppliers.
• Develop strong product knowledge.
