Description:

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience in export documentation and coordination.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of international trade regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Sales Managers with local and export documentation and delivery arrangements.
  • Handle inquiries for export sales.
  • Generate sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices.Acknowledge customer purchase orders and coordinate the delivery of goods.
  • Process phone sales orders from local and export customers.
  • Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
  • Coordinate with the Production Manager on product availability and delivery dates.
  • Prepare local and export delivery documentation.
  • Update sales order records.
  • Coordinate activities with teams in China, South Africa, Korea, the UK, and Japan.
  • Schedule meetings and arrange travel itineraries.
  • Analyze and review contract clauses for compliance.Assist in issuing and returning contracts and amendments.Verify contracts from Sales agents before sending to regions/customers.
  • Participate in workflow process improvements.Capture and analyze data related to pricing, production, quality, collections, shipments, and publications.
  • Draft, update, and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain clear communication on logistics with customers and our South African team.
  • Update monthly Revenue Commitments, tracking Provisional vs. Final Prices.
  • Track annual commodity sales by region and grade.
  • Draft and send price offers based on the South African mandate.Engage in pricing discussions with Sales Teams in Singapore and South Africa.
