Boasting one of the largest family communities in Singapore and expanding fast in Indonesia and Malaysia, as well as other SEA countries, we are now looking for a Sales Support Manager, to be part of this exciting growth story.
The Sales Support Manager will play a critical role in supporting the Directors and CSO by ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities, analyzing sales data, managing lead allocation, and following up on key sales processes. This position requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales support, sales operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot and other CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and HubSpot Management:
  • Analyze HubSpot data to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales performance.
  • Identify and follow up with the sales team on any gaps or inconsistencies in HubSpot data.
  • Lead Management:
  • Review and allocate leads to appropriate sales team members.
  • Follow up on and reallocate leads as necessary to ensure efficient lead management.
  • Analyze the quality of leads and provide feedback to improve lead generation strategies.
  • Sales Process and Conversion Analysis:
  • Analyze the sales process and monitor conversion trends across sales teams.
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Client and Contract Management:
  • Represent the Director in interactions with top clients, ensuring timely communication and follow-up on developments.
  • Follow-up on contracts sent out to clients, ensuring all necessary actions are taken for timely completion.
  • Assist in closing deals by following up with the team and ensuring all required steps are taken.
  • Reporting and Communication:
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, lead quality, and other relevant metrics.
  • Keep the Director informed of key developments with top clients and any gaps that need addressing.
  • Represent the Director in meetings and communications with the sales team and other stakeholders.
