Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Sales Development Coordinator in the Møller Institute’s Executive Education team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the early stages of our sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying potential leads for our Client Development team. Your work will be vital to ensuring a steady pipeline of prospective clients, using a blend of market research, emails, calls and social media outreach.
This role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently and professionally manage client correspondence, prepare sales materials, and provide essential sales administration.
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 per annum
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through market research, emails, calls and social media outreach to help build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Sales Processing: Process new sales leads and accurately enter data into our CRM system.
- Client Correspondence: Manage communication between the Client Development team and clients, providing timely, effective and professional responses.
- Preparation of Sales Materials: Working with our Marketing team, prepare and distribute sales materials and documentation, including proposals, to support the sales process.
- Administrative Support: Schedule appointments, make travel arrangements, and provide general administrative assistance to the Executive Director.
- Interdepartmental Liaison: Act as a liaison between different departments of the Møller Institute to ensure seamless client service and satisfaction.
- Sales Data Analysis: Conduct analyses of sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the logistics of sales meetings and presentations, ensuring all details are managed efficiently.
- Process Improvement: Develop and improve sales processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Report Preparation: Oversee the preparation of sales reports and contribute to forecasting future sales trends.
- Design & Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the Programme Design and Marketing teams, leveraging customer feedback and sales trends to promote continuous improvement.
