The Role
Our SDRs are often the first point of contact for new prospects considering partnering with BeyondTrust to grow their business, we work to support both prospects and customer through the trial of our solutions and connect them with the right resources to move forward with their evaluation. We have best in class tools to allow you to engaged and support these prospects and the skills you gather in this role will set you up for a both a success BDR and AE role in the future.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to and qualify marketing generated leads from marketing efforts such as the website, field events, webinars, etc.
  • Create a great first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with a world class experience
  • Partner with our experienced Account Executives to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills within sales
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in BT
  • Achieve monthly quotas of sourced qualified opportunities
  • Enter prospect information into Salesforce.
  • Enhance product knowledge through regularly attending training sessions.
  • Attend field sales meetings as appropriate.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional offers to help optimize revenue.

What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Personality to establish and maintain strong relationships with sales teams you support and become a valued partner to them.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and maximize efficiency.
  • Effective listener to understand prospect needs.

Nice To Have

  • Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, telemarketing or sales prospecting
  • Experience of being held accountable to metrics
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management tool
  • Familiarity with Software/Cybersecurity
