ELEVATE Sales Development Representative - Customer Demand Generation

What you will do
The ELEVATE Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying correct decision-makers and securing highly qualified meetings over the telephone with C-Level Executives at the world’s largest and most prestigious companies.
This individual will provide a crucial link to connect with prospects & customers, build rapport, gather information, and identify opportunities that meet the minimum qualification criteria for our customer sales teams and ELEVATE.
You will work closely with multiple project program managers to execute personalized telephone and email outreach, on a range of highly complicated and cutting-edge solutions & products, that are key target account specific.
This role requires a passion to continually demonstrate the ability to exceed expectations & deliver above average results for both ELEVATE and our customers, focusing on highly strategic key accounts in many diverse industries, targeting different decision-maker roles(c-level and below) to enable growth in new buying towers and divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Secure highly qualified appointments with senior decision-makers for our customers & ELEVATE sales teams
- Identify & gather information on qualified prospects & navigate company structures to connect with decision-makers
- Target and develop new business relationships through telephone calls & email follow up
- Effectively learn & communicate our customers’ value propositions
- Conduct and lead intelligent conversations to gather information & develop trust with decision-makers and influencers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects & their assistants
- Provide consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communication & feedback
- Rapidly identify & communicate trends & opportunities from information gathered
- Demonstrate an understanding of the technology and business environment and staying educated
- Execute lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Work collaboratively in both a team environment and independently. Provide consistent, concise, accurate, and timely hourly/daily activity reports
- Adhere to correct time allocation to projects & ensure accuracy of timesheets
- Constantly deliver and achieve key performance requirements for each project
- Collaboratively work with the sales, marketing team, and leadership to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with key customer accounts
- Assist in preparing concise, targeted proposals and contracts
- Initiate and participate in new business pitches with sales team and subject matter experts and own follow-through with the lead prospect
- Leverage key account information to establish trust and relevance within large multi-divisional accounts
- Demonstrate an understanding of the technology and business environment and staying educated with key customer accounts

You are a highly skilled & charming sales and marketing professional, that has experience in driving outbound telephone appointment setting programs in a highly professional B2B industry. You are part entrepreneur, part executer. You have led the charge in communicating stories around products or services that are exciting and enticing to customers in both verbal and written forms. Aside from being a master communicator, you are passionate about gaining knowledge in numerous business areas, then utilizing different approaches and technologies to achieve the business results. You interact with all levels of a company structure easily and can influence across the board by linking key information.

- Implementing strategies for gathering accurate accounts & contact data for targeting key decision-makers
