POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Bainbridge, you will be a crucial member of our sales team, responsible for generating new business opportunities. Your primary goal will be to prospect potential customers, qualify leads, and schedule initial meetings for our sales executives. This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, energetic, and eager to advance their career in financial services within a cutting-edge company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role preferred.
  • Experience in private equity, financial services, or the tech space highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate service offerings and value propositions effectively.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering results.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
  • Professional demeanor with proven ability to serve the C-Suite.
  • Collaborate and communicate with all levels of the organization to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategies.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Adept at handling objections and overcoming challenges in a professional manner.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify potential customers through various channels (cold calling, email outreach, social media, etc.).
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for sales executives through effective communication and active listening.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
