YOUR PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS
You are a motivated and solution-oriented sales professional who is self-driven and wants to engage in and work as part of a team.
To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
- Strong sales background and solid management skills, preferably with experience in the industry, and you are driven by goals and results.
- You have a strong network within the national wind and/or PtX industry
- You have experience and network within production/fabrication.
- Focus on commercial activities and customer needs.
- Customers see you as a valuable, inspiring, and trustworthy partner
- You are able to quickly capture market trends and customer needs, and you find it easy to transform your thoughts and ideas into action.
- Excellent communication skills in Danish and English, and you can establish relationships based on trust and close cooperation.
Responsibilities:
- Improve market position as part of strategic growth ambitions
- Strategy Sales Management
- Analyse customers, market, trends and sales data
- Proactively identify, review and act on new business opportunities
- Prepare and execute sales plans
- Plan, prepare and implement customer meetings
- Review complex tender material
- Prepare offers for both small- and large-scale tenders
- Develop and maintain strong and close relations with clients and follow-up on collaboration with key account customers
- Develop and mature Semco Maritime concepts
- Give input to budget and strategy objectives
