YOUR PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS

You are a motivated and solution-oriented sales professional who is self-driven and wants to engage in and work as part of a team.

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

  • Strong sales background and solid management skills, preferably with experience in the industry, and you are driven by goals and results.
  • You have a strong network within the national wind and/or PtX industry
  • You have experience and network within production/fabrication.
  • Focus on commercial activities and customer needs.
  • Customers see you as a valuable, inspiring, and trustworthy partner
  • You are able to quickly capture market trends and customer needs, and you find it easy to transform your thoughts and ideas into action.
  • Excellent communication skills in Danish and English, and you can establish relationships based on trust and close cooperation.

Responsibilities:

  • Improve market position as part of strategic growth ambitions
  • Strategy Sales Management
  • Analyse customers, market, trends and sales data
  • Proactively identify, review and act on new business opportunities
  • Prepare and execute sales plans
  • Plan, prepare and implement customer meetings
  • Review complex tender material
  • Prepare offers for both small- and large-scale tenders
  • Develop and maintain strong and close relations with clients and follow-up on collaboration with key account customers
  • Develop and mature Semco Maritime concepts
  • Give input to budget and strategy objectives
