Your mission!
As the Sales Enablement Manager, you will be key to optimizing our sales processes, tools, and and materials to maximize efficiency and effectiveness across the sales team. You will work closely with sales and revenue operations leadership to drive sales performance through targeted training, resource development, and enablement programs. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring our sales team is equipped with the knowledge, tools, and insights to excel, ultimately contributing to revenue growth and supporting our company’s expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Training: Develop and conduct training sessions for the sales team to continuously enhance their skills.
- Sales Support & Content Creation: Create and maintain sales content such as the internal knowledge base, presentations, email sequences, case studies, product descriptions, and training videos.
- Process Optimization and Feedback: Identify weaknesses in the sales process and continuously improve sales enablement activities through regular feedback from the sales team.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales performance to identify bottlenecks and develop appropriate measures to optimize efficiency.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure the sales team always has the latest and most relevant information.
Salary
The salary for this position is between €40,000 and €60,000 per year, depending on your experience.

Are You a Match?
- You have 1 - 3 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or similar roles within the SaaS industry.
- You are an excellent verbal and written communicator who thrives on creating order and keeping things as straightforward as possible.
- You are quick to adapt to new technologies and market trends, and you can effectively train the team on these changes.
- Comfortable presenting to large groups, both in person and remotely.
- You possess in-depth knowledge of CRM systems (especially HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
- You have a passion for process improvements and helping others succeed.
- You excel at analyzing sales metrics and using data to adapt and optimize strategies.
- You are quick to adapt to new technologies and market trends, and you can effectively train the team on these changes.
