  • Diploma or degree in any discipline
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or training industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Weekend commitment are required.

Responsibilities:

1.Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Identify target markets, customer segments, and potential sales opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Plan and organize sales activities, including lead generation, cold calling, and client meetings.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to track progress and provide insights to management.

2.Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Identify and generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Cold call and email potential customers to introduce the institution’s educational products and services.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs, interests, and budgetary constraints.
  • Follow up on leads promptly and efficiently to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.

3.Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

  • Conduct engaging and persuasive presentations to potential customers, showcasing the institution’s educational offerings.
  • Customize presentations to address the specific needs and requirements of each customer.
  • Demonstrate the value and benefits of the institution’s products and services to potential customers.
  • Address customer concerns, objections, and questions effectively to alleviate any doubts or hesitations.

4.Relationship Building and Account Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Understand customers’ goals, challenges, and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales collateral.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing customers.

5.Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Generate regular sales reports and analysis to evaluate performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to stay informed and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
