JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to be part of our Retail Planning and Visual Merchandising Planning team. You will be responsible for selling into the major Fashion and Sporting Goods Retailers. Centric Software is the global industry leader for Enterprise PLM in the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) market and is expanding its offering into Retail Planning.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years Sales experience
- Solid expert in selling Enterprise solutions
- Extensive experience in the Fashion and Luxury industry
- Solid background in planning solutions (ideally Merchandise and Assortment Planning)
- AI/Optimization solutions familiarity, a big plus
- Track record of achieving sales goals and objectives
- Proven ability to learn new technology quickly, adapt to changing needs and prosses strong analytical skills
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with SFDC for forecasting
- Exceptional communication, organizational, time management skills
- Skilled with sales systems, forecasting and quoting
Responsibilities:
- Consistently engaged in strategic account planning
- Understand and be able to articulate the value proposition of Centric Planning
- Ability to accurately and timely forecast the business in SFDC
- Ability to quickly build productive relationships in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Own the entire process from pipeline generation, internal collaboration to opportunity closure
- Build and execute a basic plan to drive growth and profitability
- Engage with customers to identify opportunities. Translate customers basic business challenges and goals into sales opportunities
- Work with decision makers in the customer organization
- Exercises independent judgement within procedures to close deals
- Collaborates with team members to execute on sales
