Description:
Overview:
Candidates must have enterprise software sales experience that allows them to discuss both business and technology requirements with senior level decision makers. This position requires a solid technical understanding around the challenges companies face around managing their data as well as excellent commercial skills. You will be responsible for selling Quest’s data product portfolio across the Nordics. Applicants must be able to work in a collaborative sales environment aligned to a strong team of Business Development Representative and Technical Pre-Sales. This position forms part of the EMEA Sales Team, reporting to our Growth EMEA Sales Director.
Responsibilities:
- Selling Erwin by Quest solutions plus the complete Quest Data portfolio related to Data performance and migration in the allocated region
- Being able to develop a region quickly using their past experience and networks
- Creating and executing a territory plan as well as monitoring the progress
- Developing relationships with local partners to define a strategic action plan
- Understanding customers’ business and solutions requirements.
- Managing complex sales (large companies, multiple products across BUs)
- Territory/regional account management, including account planning and sales forecasting
- Executing a variety of sales and marketing activities
- Finding, developing and closing sales opportunities through a structured sales process
- Developing and maintaining strong business relationships
- Creating and executing targeted account plans
- Leading sales process and utilizes all available resources of BDR, technical pre-sales, and marketing
Qualifications:
- 10+ years’ experience in Enterprise Software sales
- Familiar with MEDDPICC and ready to use it a on daily basis
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Possessing effective negotiation skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Able to provide direction and collaborate with partners
- Ability to develop long-term strategic and executive level relationships
