POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The successful Sales Executive will have the opportunity to progress onto the BDM team after a consistently high performance has been proved.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Sales Executive role is the entry level role for the Corporate Sales Team at Xe. Sourcing, qualifying and enriching leads, the Sales Executive provides a highly valued support to our Senior Business Development Managers (Snr. BDMs), working closely together to start the sales process with new prospects and increasing our rapidly expanding client base.
The successful applicant will be given broad and exclusive in-house training, both as a team and 1-2-1, including access to all fully integrated sales intelligence tools to ensure that all skills are maximised.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Intelligently source leads that work well with our ideal client profile
- Predominantly a telephone-based role, the Sales Executive will be trained to talk competently about our range of products and services with the ability to build rapport and be influential to key financial decision makers
- Qualify and overcome objections appropriately - clearly articulating features, advantages and benefits of the service
- Engage with clients to identify and understand their requirements - adhering to business and regulatory processes and guidelines
- Build and maintain effective working relationships internally
- Put the customer at the center of everything that you do, demonstrating brand values throughout all contact with the customer
- Gather information about client’s current and future requirements, promoting and suggesting additional Xe and affiliate/partner services as appropriate
- Ensure company CRM systems are accurately updated to show a clear audit trail of all client contact (written and verbal)
- Treat customers fairly living out our core values of customer excellence, respect and integrity
- Achieve personal/team targets and productivity KPIs
- Maintain current and up to date knowledge of internal policies, procedures and processes and awareness of changes to legal and regulatory frameworks that may impact Xe and its clients
