ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or a relevant tertiary qualification an advantage
• Experience and Understanding of Sales Force Effectiveness in the pharmaceutical environment Experience in data analysis, including demonstrated proficiency with analytical software
• Good MS Office skills (MS Office; Excel; PowerPoint; Email, SAP (advantageous)
• Attention to detail
• Delivery & Deadline Focused
• Ability to analyze and evaluate data
• Excellent time management, planning and prioritization skills
• Ability to form partnerships, build and maintain relationships
• Excellent ability to work according to global standards
• Ability to manage medium sized projects

The successful candidate will responsively assist and work across the diverse needs and expectations of the cross-functional stakeholders by employing efficient communication channels, enhance information dissemination and KPI monitoring. Play a crucial role in innovation by refining processes, adopting systems thinking and embracing automation. You will also enable to offer actionable insights and perspectives to facilitate strategic decision-making with the Cross functional teams.
