Job Description: As a Sales Lead at AIQURIS, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and client relationship management. You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating leads, and closing deals to expand our customer base and drive adoption of our AI solutions. Your leadership, sales expertise, and industry knowledge will be instrumental in driving the success of our sales team and achieving our business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 8 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in selling enterprise software solutions, AI technology, or related products/services.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing high-performing sales teams, with a strong ability to motivate, inspire, and develop team members.
  • Deep understanding of the sales process and proven ability to drive complex sales cycles and close large deals with enterprise customers.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities, analyze customer needs, and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on exceeding sales targets and delivering tangible business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and other sales tools and technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team in developing and executing strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and accounts, and develop targeted sales strategies to penetrate and expand our market presence.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers within target organizations to understand their needs and challenges, and position AIQURIS’ solutions as the preferred choice.
  • Generate and qualify leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building activities, and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution demonstrations to effectively articulate the value proposition of AIQURIS’ solutions and address customer pain points and requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to align sales efforts with business objectives and ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations, and negotiate terms and contracts to secure new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments, and leverage market insights to inform sales strategies and positioning.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to sales team members, and foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Track and report on key sales metrics, including pipeline status, sales performance, and revenue forecasts, and provide regular updates to senior management on sales activities, results, and opportunities.
