Description:

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Sales Manager (SM) to join our sales team based out of our offices in various locations in Ipoh office. Your responsibilities will be to lead a sales team and develop the team into successful performers, coach them by engaging with them in sales attachment and ultimately drive the team to achieve their target. To help achieving this, we will provide you with a competitive base salary, highly rewarding commission structure, subsidized transport allowance, subsidized mobile phone, work tools and career opportunities. You will also be given full product and sales solutions training in Pest Control and Hygiene, with hands on assistance from our group of Specialist and Sales Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the sales team and drive them to achieve monthly and annual target
  • Coach and guide sales team into professional sales personnel
  • Review weekly sales activities, defining strategic sales pipeline and prospects by building on solid existing client relationship to win more new sales and clients in your territory to help the team to achieve sales target
  • Engaged in sales route ride with the team within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities is explored
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
  • Drive sales revenue and analyse their needs for upsell and cross sell opportunities
  • Takes accountability by ensuring team update daily sales in system
  • Agile and flexible to perform on-site inspection as and when required
  • Work closely with other team members to assist in collection
  • Conduct sales meetings and support overall sales SOP so as to be aligned with Company’s direction
  • Conduct visit at major customers’ site on monthly basis to understand their needs, concerns and suggest improvement from feedback received
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s selling propositions and differentiators.
