Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales process, from first contact to closing the sales, including negotiations on terms and prices
  • Create and expand the customer base
  • Create a sales kit
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Analyze competitors and market intelligence activities
  • Participate in exhibitions and other events for sales purposes with an ability to travel as needed
  • Be a collaborative leader among your peers

Skills:

  • A bachelor degree, preferably in Business Administration
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a sales lead
  • Strong communication skills written and verbal
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English and Finnish, additional languages appreciated
  • Ability to work independently

Desired:

  • Understanding of software development process and Agile methodology
  • Experience in building sales processes from scratch
  • Experience in using CRM tools
