We’re seeking a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Administrator to join our Morningside headquarters and help us grow our sales success.
This position is full-time, Monday to Friday, based at the Head Office.
REQUIREMENTS:
To excel in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Experience in a successful sales environment – winning sales from leads and quotes is desirable!
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen attention to detail and excellent time management.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of medical equipment is a plus.
- Driven and motivated to grow within the organization.
- Thrives on challenges and maintains professionalism under pressure.
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and distribute quotes promptly and accurately
- Follow up on quotes and turn opportunities into confirmed sales!
- Maintain and update customer and prospect databases, ensuring data accuracy.
- Assist in lead generation and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure efficient communication and information sharing.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information and assistance.
- Handle customer feedback and route it to the appropriate team members.
- Prepare work instructions and document processes in accordance with company policies for the department.
- Assist in training new team members on established processes and procedures within the department.
