Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • Territory Management: Create, update, and maintain sales territories in company systems. Ensure territories are accurately defined based on geographical, account-based, or other qualifiers.
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure all territory data is precise and complete, as it feeds into downstream processes, including sales compensation.
  • Partner Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams, finance, and other collaborators to address new requests and troubleshoot territory-related issues.
  • Sales Credit Splits: Administer sales credit splits, ensuring proper allocation of sales credits among multiple sellers.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously look for ways to improve processes related to territory management and sales credit administration.System Knowledge: Maintain a working knowledge of sales systems, including Salesforce (SFDC), to support territory and compensation management.

You persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or similar experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Analyst role.
  • Strong Excel skills with a proven ability to perform complex data analysis.
  • Experience with Tableau or other BI tools is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) or other CRM systems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail and precision in data management.
  • Strong English communication skills, with the ability to work with international stakeholders across different time zones.
  • Analytical mentality with the ability to understand and navigate complex systems.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in global or multi-regional sales organizations.
  • Knowledge of sales compensation processes and standard methodologies is an advantage.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
