Description:
SUPPORT
- Provide ongoing hands on SalesForce.com and Sales Opportunity support to the sales team
- Participate in sales forecast process across the organization, utilizing Salesforce Analytics
- Maintain and enhance Salesforce Analytics to support the production of weekly and monthly sales reporting – Sales Funnel, Installs, Disconnections, Price changes and ad hoc reporting as required
- Liaise with IT development for testing and implementation of new technologies and upgrades of existing technologies.
- Provide insight through the development and maintenance of Dashboards and Reports within SalesForce.com
- Support all members of the sales teams, face to face or through the use of collaborations tools.

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
The Sales Operations team plays a vital role in supporting the Sales team by providing essential reporting, training, and assistance with systems and processes that span the entire Opportunity-to-Close lifecycle. As a member of this team, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Delivery, IT Development, and other key functions, serving as a key liaison between teams and often acting as the first point of contact when challenges or issues arise.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Day to day you will be working alongside the team on a variety of projects including looking after the maintenance and enhancements on Salesforce Analytics to support the production of weekly and monthly sales reporting Sales Funnel, Installs, Disconnections, Price changes and ad hoc reporting.

Actively participate in projects/initiatives in order to achieve continuous sales process improvement.
