Job Purpose
In the role of Sales Operations Manager, you will support our regional sales teams achieving their sales targets. The goal is to reduce friction in the sales process, so salespeople are successful in their day-to-day activities.
To do so, you will be working closely with cross-functional and organizational teams who are all aligned towards Sales Success as well as with the leadership team.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Oversee key revenue operations planning including account prioritization, territory planning, target setting, resource planning, and compensation plan design
  • Drive continuous improvement through standard operating cadences, including weekly forecast and metric reviews in addition to quarterly go-to-market business reviews and board presentations
  • Oversee strong deployment and administration of all existing and future GTM systems
  • Define, document, and deploy new operational processes and ensure rigorous adoption across the GTM organization (pipeline hygiene, account ownership, deal desk support, RFI/RFP writing, etc.)
  • Build a strong Business Intelligence function with a single source of truth, scalable reporting, and real-time insights
  • Drive organizational change management: engage with senior stakeholders and own delivery on key projects to move the organization forward
  • Oversee Revenue onboarding, process, and methodology approaches in a clear roadmap to improve sales efficacy
  • Own and drive a handful of long-term change management initiatives each year. This will involve a mixture of project management skills, communication and presentation skills, strong collaboration across departments, and the initiative to push projects to completion
  • Work closely with the Leadership team to manage key relevant initiatives across the company

Profile we´re looking for!

  • 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations; experience in a joint operating role of sales and marketing ops within SaaS environment a plus
  • Consistent track record to lead and scale Sales/Revenue Operations of significant scope through growth periods
  • Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales, marketing, customer success processes, procedures, and policies
  • Have built a modern revenue engine tech stack (CRM/Marketing Automation/Customer Success Automation/BI) that accelerates the buyer’s journey, automates repetitive tasks, and delivers insights to the entire organization
  • Experience conducting a sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translating the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
  • Interdepartmental communication and change management: Ability to explain to multiple departments the need for changes, and how to work across departments to execute on those changes without impeding on progress
  • Excellent English language skills are a must, any other language a plus
  • Experience with Hubspot CRM, Gong or similar Sales Operations toolset
  • Experienced with Miller Heiman sales methodology is a big plus
