Description:

Scope

  • Acting as the Returns Sales team’s conductor. Making sure all Reps are actively completing the necessary task and internal / external functions required to drive success in the organisation.
  • Role will range from the tactical (e.g. SalesForce reporting, updating and compliance, or coordination with Product Marketing on messaging and dissemination of latest collateral) to much more strategic (e.g. analysis of successful GTM strategies to drive next year’s sales plan and strategic direction).

What you’ll do:

  • Sales Process Optimization
  • Design, implement, and manage sales processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.
  • Sales Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Develop, track, and analyse sales KPIs and metrics to monitor team performance.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the VP, Sales - Returns Management and other Returns Management leadership to support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage sales forecasting and pipeline reporting; ensure accuracy in sales projections.
  • Communication
  • Work closely with other Returns specific and core-Blue Yonder teams incl. Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success teams to align goals, ensure smooth handoffs, and improve customer experience.
  • Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments to improve sales outcomes.
  • Sales Tools and CRM Management
  • Oversee the implementation, administration, and optimization of sales tools (esp. Salesforce).
  • Ensure the integrity of sales data and ensure best practices are followed by the team.
  • Provide training and support to sales staff on CRM tools and other sales technologies.
  • Stay current on new and emerging sales technologies and tools and provide recommendations for incorporating them into our sales process
  • Sales Compensation & Incentive Programs
  • Support the design and administration of sales compensation structures and incentive programs.
  • Work with finance to ensure accurate and timely payments of commissions and bonuses.
