Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Sales Support plays a critical role to the overall success of the sales team and providing clients an amazing experience. This role is responsible for providing support and assistance to the sales team to effectively move cases through each stage of the client journey. This role requires meticulous time management, following up with clients to verify information, scheduling appointments for the sales team, and working closely coworkers. The successful candidate will be a strong team player who loves collaborating with others, and who enjoys working in a fun, fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Manage a pipeline of cases assigned upon new client enrollments
- Contact clients by phone, email and/or text to verify information, follow-up on initial payments as well as pending signatures on agreements and forms
- Maintain and update case notes and statuses appropriately in CRM
- Assist clients schedule their resolution appointments with their sales representative and follow-up with unresponsive clients and/or missed appointments
- Manage a pipeline of cases, set task reminders, schedule and conduct appointment calls and maintain frequent communication with clients via email and SMS to continuously progress cases forward
- Assist clients in completing financial profiles
- Contact aged prospects and assign them to sales representatives accordingly
- Perform various case audits to ensure cases flow appropriately within the team
- Properly document all calls, communications, and case status changes using the company CRM
- Communicate with various departments as appropriate, for any missing information, documents and inform team members accordingly
- Perform other essential job functions as required or assigned
