We are looking for great Salesforce Administrators to join the team responsible for driving business efficiency through adoption of best-in-class business systems, utilizing the latest enhancements to support the rapidly growing scale-up.
This role focuses on the development of key systems that support the effective day to day operation of the business. The successful candidate would have an opportunity to expand knowledge beyond Salesforce and into a range of connected systems, working with key technical stakeholder from the data, product engineering and finance teams.
As part of the business systems team, this role is expected to be a key contributor within the team, under the guidance and leadership of the technical director, and product manager.
With the evolution of these systems to support the next stage of Exclaimer’s growth still in its early stages; this is an opportunity to contribute towards long-term technical direction. The preferred candidate will be experienced, able to adapt to change and someone who enjoys working within a dynamic fast paced environment.
SKILLS KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE
- An experienced, certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201).
- Excellent communication skills; able to communicate effectively across all levels of seniority and technical background.
- Extensive Salesforce development experience, including; Sales Cloud, strong knowledge understanding of Lightning Platform, Flows and other Salesforce Automations. Experience of Lightning Web Components, Java Script, Apex Programming, Controllers, Triggers, APIs and Pardot would be advantageous.
- Experience of working within the Salesforce connected business eco system. Previous exposure to NetSuite, ZAB, experience of supporting departmental level integrations would be an advantage.
- Ability to assess and manage risks, knowing when to be decisive and when to escalate.
- Detail oriented, with a strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, coupled with practical experience.
- Able to assess technical changes, understand them in context of the impact on the wider system and identify technical risk in proposed changes.
- Experience in debugging, diagnosis of issues and identifying root cause in business systems.
- Prior experience of working in a comparable high velocity technology business (SaaS, Fintech).

Responsibilities:
- Develop efficient technical solutions based on requirements. Creation of new, and modification of, existing Salesforce functionality using a combination of declarative and Imperative techniques.
- Create, implement, and maintain fields, automations and management of other objects and functions.
- Attend team meetings to collect feedback on SFDC changes where appropriate.
- Monitor and make recommendations to improve data quality and integrity, acting on those recommendations where necessary.
- Business as usual administration tasks such as user management and general system usage troubleshooting.
- Weekly admin tasks, including examination of any error and debug logs.
- General monthly admin tasks, including field utilisation reports, sandbox refresh and backups, implementation of high priority patch-installs from SFDC.
- Working with internal and external technical stakeholders to connect business systems to implement and improve existing multi-system workflows.
- Work collaboratively in a close-knit team to produce solutions that work towards the long-term technical vision for the business systems.
- Create clean and efficient automations, in line with company standards.
- Continuously drive improvement within yourself and the team by putting forward improvements to technology stack and processes.
- Support the propagation of knowledge and skills through the team.
