Description:

6 MONTH CONTRACT

We are looking for the right person to join our cross-functional Business Operations team as salesforce administrator. Our team aims to proactively support the Global Revenue objectives of the business by ensuring the people, processes, and technology is in place that enables teams to perform their roles effectively.
As a salesforce administrator, reporting to the Director of Systems and Processes, you will be responsible for supporting the running of our salesforce system and related tech stack. As we go through our own digital transformation, you will be integral to ensuring that we have the systems and integrations set up to support the requirements of Business Stakeholders. You will help maintain existing, and develop exciting new scalable solutions that change how our employees, Partners, and Orbus clients work, and be integral to their successful release and ongoing development.
Success in the role requires a team player approach, ability to deal with demanding internal stakeholders, and the ability to take a step back to ensure solutions meet the needs and requirements of the whole system. The successful candidate will need to go beyond salesforce in their approach and be experienced in scoping and managing the supporting tech stack to the main system of record (Salesforce). A candidate that understands the ecosystem will succeed in the role expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
  • Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience, whilst still taking into consideration the existing setup and change management
  • Identify unused or underutilised platform features
  • Maintain existing automation rules and flows to ensure effectiveness
  • Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
  • Provide documentation such as solution architecture documentation, how to guides/videos, presentations, and resources to support new releases, including contributing to enablement sessions.
  • Support and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and related systems
  • Ensure all users have the correct access to Salesforce, and can perform their day to day tasks with minimal friction
  • Maintaining the platform, including staying up to date on new features and releases, and fixing any bugs.
  • Sandbox environment management
